But he wonders especially about that last part... where their world was the "last one," and they always knew it would be. In my world, gods were to be respected. Not just the Golden Goddesses, but the lesser spirits and messengers too. It's only through their mercy that we continued to live...

I know we aren't in my world anymore, but... it doesn't feel right to me to treat gods any differently from before.
