Sure could. If you’ve heard the saying “God is everywhere”, it’s basically that. The world itself is a part of me, same as your fingers are to your hand. So, y’know, no surprise that I don’t have that kind Authority here. In fact, I’d say fair enough, since it’s not like I have any ties to these lands to exert that kind of power in the first place.
