Good evening, Kenos...
[The sense of Communion is less of a solid thing, an actual face or clear voice, and more of a sensation of smoke curling in the air, seeping into your senses late at night with a husky rumble and a fluffy(?), warm embrace.]
You must forgive me for calling during such a, hmm, fraught time... I take it to understand some VIPs have been killed... ? And then there was that dreadful light beam thing... Goodness, I've had so many tattoo clients the last few weeks I've barely managed to leave my studios to sate my hungers, let alone keep up with politics. I am an artist, you see, first and foremost.
Well, as an honorary Zenite I suppose I should at least be concerned that some wayward Meridian ruffian is going to sneak into my home and poison the poor Shard in my safekeeping to make it explode, like what happened to poor Mr. Michaelis'? I did see that...
[👁]
But I have something a little more personal to ask you.
Despite my long and adventurous life, you see, I have never been blessed with children of my own... So perhaps my maternal instincts are somewhat lacking? I am a little unsure as to how to handle the situation I find myself unwittingly embroiled in, so...
What does one do to gently encourage three young men with questionable hygiene practices to stop squatting in a small guest room with insufficient mattress numbers and become respectable and enterprisingly self-sufficient citizens of Highstorm?
I would appreciate any and all input on this pressing matter. Thank you~ ❤️
[A moment later, as if she had remembered this very important detail, she returns to Communion to add, (filtered away from a Certain Zenite Air BNB Host and His Three Tenants):]
Oh- And, apparently sex is off the table, so. Solutions that are not that, please! 💋

Let's say, for the purpose of this experiment, though... That it isn't my house. So that option is, by some sensibilities, not within my rights.
Apparently.
no subject
[ Her preferred option is strong-arming. ]
Or bribe 'em I guess. Give them something to leave.
no subject
Well what do young men like, then? Yima gave them money for just existing, didn’t she? Like an allowance? They don’t need coin…

Make somewhere else seem more appealing to them, obviously.
no subject
[Curious. The feel of this Communion.]
no subject
Ah. I meant more like encourage them to move out into another place that might be more appealing to them. Like the place of someone they're interested in, or perhaps a peer?
no subject
Hmmm…
That might be a good idea. They’re all of a certain age, there must be someone they like.
Or “like”.

[ That was... a lot, Kiritsubo...
He clears his throat. ]
I don't know, but you can't kick them out if they have nowhere else to go. So... I guess, maybe, if you helped them find a new home...?
no subject
Surely you do not think me so cruel as that, do you, Link?
I offered to help one find a new place to live and he wouldn’t listen at all…
no subject
[ That may normally be a fair response, but this is Kiritsubo they're talking about. Link doesn't have any confidence that her "offer" wasn't... uh... weird. ]
You can't force them. If they really don't want to go, I don't know what more you can do. But... what do you need them to move for, anyway?

If they are idle, then it is the best time to make them work on things that need to be done. Everyone needs to do their part in order for a society to work.
I heard food shortage is a potential problem, so maybe they can help with that.
no subject
[Her part having been… well. No one needs to know that. ♡]
But they won’t listen to me, will they? It’s not like I’m their mother…
no subject
[That was the impression he got from her words at least.]
As the property owner, it is within your right to remove them if they aren't cooperative.

But that last little addendum has her immediately barking a laugh.]
Wait, so are you just mad they're squatting in your fuck-pad? Or did you already try to scare them off with sex and get no results? Because I could've told you that one wouldn't fly.
no subject
The former, yes.
More “annoyed” than “mad”, mind you.
no subject
[The stupid fucking grin on her face is apparent even here.]
Just tell them to hit the road for a while when mama needs some time with her special friend.

Ah- You do?
Perhaps you might want to ask your little friends to be a bit better about it, then? My nose is fairly sensitive, you see, and the overall effect is... somewhat rank.

[ victim blaming? he doesn't actually care about the Zenite's shards, they're GREAT targets though!
also, he's not going to argue that meridian didn't do this, but like.... this sounds familiar. ]
We already know Zenith's go-to method when unhappy is sowing discord and lies, anyways. Something happens to your pet rock that you failed to account for: blame Meridian. Seen it with Alenroux, then called your bluff and proved you for the liars you were before.
no subject
[Kiritsubo knows who this is. How interesting. How very interesting.]
I suppose you want to suggest another explanation for it, then? I certainly don’t know anything about this Alenroux place, but…
I do know who would be most motivated to hurt the souls we have been guarding.
How scary… that our poor, desperate attempts to save just who we can would be turned upon us so cruelly…
no subject
[ He settles back, lazy and indolent in his ease. A trickster meets a trickster. ]
You chose to save who you can. That means their wellbeing is your responsibility to ensure, not Meridian's or even the world's. Goodness, how are any of us meant to believe in Zenith's world if you cannot protect even one little soul!
